stuck in forest temple

I am a bit stuck, I know that I have to hit one of those exploding bug things then pick it up, run round the corner and throw it on the plant but every time I get round the corner it explodes before I can throw it down the gap. Anyone else had this problem and what do I do?! It's driving me crazy!

i cant remember having that problem but ii would asume that the key is to persevere.

Hmmm......fine Ill help ok.........well you just gotta see where it blows you up and a few second before that throw it, see how for you can go.

you have to be above the plant. So when you reach near the edge lock on and throw.
