I know, same here. Did u notice how he went right through the pirhana plants? On my game they kill me even if I don't touch them, like if I barely get a cm. above them.

just watched it and you can rest assured.It's a fake.
he was jumping of piranah plants not to mention jumping on thin air and running through koombas n such.Fake i say.

If you watch closely on world 1-2 he clearly jumps on top of pirana plants.

And he goes through them. Plus he skips from world 1-4 and 4-8.
