temple of time statue is gone after restarting

can u guys help me? i know its good to make more than one files but this shouldnt be a problem. i'm just stuck...i've been going back n forth looking for this statue (from temple of time) and i cant find him...i already got the scale thing through but now i gotta get him to where he belongs anyone know why hes gone?

moving on...... look back under all the bell things to make sure he isn't just standing their waiting for you if not try exiting the temeple completely then coming back and starting over.
