Personally I would have added Tricky (Star Fox Adventures), Peach, Otis (Dead Rising, who's as bad as Navi for unwanted advice) and those annoyingly angsty Final Fantasy heroes (Cloud, Squall, Tidus, etc.).

Before I clicked the link, I tried to think of a few that had better be on that list, such as Baby Mario, Ashley from RE4, and Mr. Resetti. My friend thought of the goddamned Duck Hunt Dog and Navi, so we both were right.
