They usually have very good service. Especially since they extended the warranty from 90 days to a year when they had no obligation to do so. I guess I will see, I don't think mine is going to hold out much longer with all the grinding noises coming from it.

Yeah mine broke sometime last year. I don't wanna have to go through the trouble to fix it.

I'm glad somebody is exposing the flaws of the Microsoft customer service.
I hope he does send a huge as metal crate. That'd be hilarious.
