The Mystery of the Hyrulian Bird

Hello ... Im new to this community ... but i would like to get know alot of you all ! I come here with a push rather than a question. I would like to see what the community thinks and i would like to propose a "group think" on what you think about the Hylian Bird that has shown up in almost every Zelda game. I would like to see what feeling you get when looking at it and what you think the bird symbolizes, what you think the bird even is... all this is up to every to answer ...!

I have here a picture of the bird that we most often see on various things from this shield ( pictured ) to princess zelda's clothing... though the style of the bird changes in many of the games... it is more or less consistant !

I caint wait to see what people feel about this mysterious bird... and what they feel the signifigance of it is.

In my opinion the Hylian bird symbolizes the rebirth and rennaissance of both Zelda and Link since they do have it in their shield, clothes and other possessions.

Edit: because the bird could be a reference to a phoenix
