HOLY CRAP!!! I was level grinding and I found a shiny rufflet!
It's about time I found a shiny in a challenge!

Atk - 9-10
Def - 0-2
SpA - 24-25
SpD - 8-10
Spe - 11-13

Unfortunately the IVs are pretty crap but I don't care. It's a bloody shiny!

The only issue I see is that Moveset rules prevent more then two same-type damaging moves on a Pokemon so if you wanted to change one of the electric moves on Eelektross we'll be good to go.

Oh and for Heatmor is it Fire Blast or Flame Burst?

plz do. so i can finally get updates on ur challenge! and yes i mean fire blast but keep typing flame for some reason.... the brain isnt working today
