totally confused

I just connected my wii to the internet and have no idea what to do now. How do you play online with other people? It is connected, but looks exactly the same..nothing changed. Are there any instructions anywhere?

you need a wifi compatible game, and in the menu there will be a multiplayer option

What would be a compatable game? Guitar Hero?

Look for the Blue Circle Logo on the front of the CD case that says WIFI.
