trauma center second opinion help stuck

can any one help me as im stuck on level 5-9 death awaits all on trauma center i just can't seem to get rid of the guilt in this one i keep cutting the web and zapping the little bugs but they keep coming back any help:wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

Stay on top of your scalpel. As soon as it's ready again, switch back to it and cut another piece of the web. You've got to get rid of the web completely before you can damage the guilt. You damage him by zapping him with the laser and then cutting him with the scalpel. Keep doing that and eventually you'll kill him. Just use the laser to kill the bugs in between cutting the web strands.
