Trauma Center: Second Opinion

WHo else loves this game? I never played it on the DS but I decided to pick it up based on the reviews I saw. Its a great gaem, very unique and makes really good use of the Wii remotes. If only Nintendo and other game developers can keep up this up, it would really unlease what the Wii can do

My sister really wants it, and I know the general plotline from a friend, but I'm on the fence about getting it for her. She's like 12, and her favorite show is CSI 0.o so I guess she'd like it. Is it hard/long? Or not worth buying until the price goes down a bit?
