Stupid Q.
The colored triangle on the side of the Nintendo games cover. What does they mean? They are on both Wii and GC games. And cant be genre, pgei rating or maker. The color vary from game to game.

Any one knows what the colors mean?
If u have no clue what Im talking about. Check on the side of the Wii covers.

Tnx

Just like all Nintendo games have that "Guranteed Seal of Approval." The triangle is just sexy.

the triangle is on the bottom right hand corner of the games boxes spine.

i have wondering this for ages it has ti on the ds game as well its really weird!!:eek:ut:

None of my games or cases have triangles anywhere on them. Excluding the Triforce on Zelda.

Seriously, not a single triangle of any color or size.

I just had a quick search on google and found that it's something to do with which and how many languages are available on the game. I think.

Dark Green: 5 languages
Light Green: English
Purple: English, Spanish, Italian
Brown: Italian, Portugese, Spanish (I think)
Yellow: English, French, Portugese

seems to make sense.

It appears to be a PAL only thing.

Damn .. PAL region, and their proper Wii Sports box! I had to put my copy of Wii Sports in a CD jewel case and just put the manual + crummy case back in my Wii box.

Anyways, none of my games have those triangles. All of my games are in English, and the manuals in English and French (and I think one other language, Spanish or Portuguese or something, I haven't got a clue, haha).

Can't remember if the games had an option to switch languages in-game.. :|
