unable to find access point error

We are attempting to connect our wii to our wireless internet service. We have received the error code: 51030 Unable to find access point. Please confirm SSID and try again.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Thanks so much for your assistance.

countless time I had this problem make sure your router is on and set up to your computer
