Updated Wii...now problems with Remotes?

I updated my Wii software last night and now I'm having problems with my remotes.

Where I'm pointing at the screen is not where the hand is showing up. It's flickering on and off. And any time I try to go to the left side of the screen it disappears entirely.

Anyone know what the problem might be or how to fix it?
