A Victini is currently being distributed over Wi-fi in the US and other English-speaking countries. This is the Victini's you won't want to miss if you plan to use the hamster in battle, considering this one gets Reshiram and Zekrom's lesser signature moves, Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt, as well as it's own signature move V-Create. Even if you got the Victini distributed at the release of Black & White, you'll want this rarity. Distribution ends the 31st so there's no rush, but don't forget to nab one.
