I'm a new member. I'm going to buy a Wii. My question is : Is there any videos that would help me keep up with my cardio and strength training after bunion surgery ? I'm told I can't put any weight down on foot for 6-8 wks. I'm going to buy fun games but I wondered about exercise.
Any suggestions ??
