I really think it will be a good idea. Not knowing much on the subject, im assuming what you are talking about is similar to what happens with moblie phones? You go to a shop, ask to put money on it, then your card is registered to your machine, so it automatically (using the magic of the internet) gives you *wii- money* on your console.

Being 15, and credit-card less this would really make things easier without bothering mny parents. Secondly, i know a lot of people don't have credit cards; paying internet fees on their phone bill etc. Such a card would make things easier for them too, as well as making the whole process safer. So im all for the cards then.

its very simple...think pre-paid phones
