Well, when i play MSC the game video clip such as replay and megastrike video seem to be a little tingy and slow. I thought this symptom is same for every MSCs but I found it is not by looking at youtue videos. What's wrong. Is it my that has a problem or the CD. The CD has some scratches (it's not CD so don't think I'm irresponisble)

(tingy lol) I mean the video doesnt do smoothly as if it has a low frame rate. And Ive never had this symptom in other games..gamerzfuse

sounds unusual..
it COULD be the DVD not loading at par speed.. due to scratches?
I want to say its not hardware related, I would reccomend returning the game if you just purchased it recently.
If not this.. then maybe dust on the laser.. but that would affect other games I imagine..

Well, the replays of scores are always a bit slower. Maybe you should try a new disc if it's making Megastrikes difficult.
