Why is Metaknight at the top?
Actually that is a good question. This is the most recent tier list. I suspect they are going to wait to see how the Meta Knight ban will effect the metagame before making brawl tier list 7.
f*** mk, unfairly superior. marth ftw!!! and they should higher up the triforce tiers =D
Lies and deceit.
The tier list really doesn't mean a lot. Skill is much more important....
Although I am very pissed off about Jiggly's position.
Perhaps when Ghirahim is (likely) introduced in the next Smash Bros, he will be high tier like Toon Link.
A jiggles main
I agree that skill is more important, but I believe the tier list does have some merit.
BTW I am a Ganon main... I guess you can see that I don't base my character choice off the tier list
It has some merit, but barely any....
Neither do I. I have a friend who also plays as Ganandorf a lot.
lol i may have exaggerated about meta knight... and whats tier 24?
You are right on Mr. Nick Atack
Maybe we should brawl sometime
although according to the tier list I would be at a disadvantage
I don't play as Ganon myself, I mean, but my friend does.
Screw that! You're at no disadvantage. xD
a Sheik and Zelda main
Switching between them to get an advantage depending on who you opponent uses

No, this is the good question. The tier list is now going to shift like crazy I would think; characters Meta-weak but beat Snake are going to gain higher positions. I wouldn't doubt if Marth moved to A.
Perhaps one day, Sakurai won't UTTERLY **** the Zelda characters... Perhaps one day. ;_;
I WANT TO MAIN LINK COMPETITIVELY GOD DAMNIT! Dx
Skill >>> Tier list
Just because Link is really low on the tier list doesn't mean you can't main him.
I say the tier list shows how much skill is needed to play a character
the lower the harder
That doesn't mean the tier list has barely any merit though, ya fool. ... Or rather, whether or not tier lists have merit isn't the question.
Tier lists are simply meant to make a competitive play-geared chart of who's good and who's not for tourny play as a whole. Therefore, tier lists are relevant to only competitive play, where the best of players have very similar skill levels; and therefore in order to win tournies, playing higher on the tier list increases your chances of winning said tourny. Who won big tournaments with Mewtwo besides M2K? Do you see Captain Falcon or Ganon winning big Brawl tournaments?
Ehhh... sort of. For example, Wolf is low on the tier list, but he's a beast character in terms of having all the tools needed to succeed, it's not hard to play and win as him. The only problem is how laughable his match-ups with pretty much every high tier character is, hence his placement.
A character isn't necessarily **** unless they're on the bottom two letters of Brawl's tier list, is what I'm saying.
Fine, you have a point. >_>
Ganon is beast, literally
I don't care if he hits tier I, I will still use him
I predict Ghirahim will at least be middle tier.
