This is driving me mad! I need to update my Wii and the connection is successful and it gets to the screen "Updateing... Do notturn the power off. Please wait a moment". Well I've tried this 100 times. But when it gets to about 10% of the update, it just sits there. I left it on for an ENTIRE DAY. Nothing happened. And yes, I've had to force the power off to remove the screen. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? My wireless network is completely clean, no security in the way. What's wrong?

I've had my screen freeze while I was using the Opera browser, typing something up. I guess it wasn't an Opera browser problem after all...

Try downloading it again. My Wii worked perfectly fine after I had to yank out the power cord.

If the problem crops up again at the same point, then I'm afraid I have no remedy for you.

Well this is when I am updating through the Wii Settings Screen or from the Forecast Screen. I don't have the Forecast Channel nor the Browser yet.
