What the wii is missing imo...

Well I'll admit I was down on my wii for the first couple months, then RE4 came out. It got me playing again and I saw how great a game can be on this system. Still the fact that it was a remake, minimal graphics etc left me wanting more out of the nintendo wii. Now we have metroid and I couldnt be happier this game is exactly what I knew the wii was capable of giving us wii'ers great graphics (stfu sony/xbox fanboys ) ridiculous gameplay and a story line that can only come from a series as great as metroid. It only can get better now as titles such as Smash and Galaxy make there way out on shelves, but why stop there nintendo ? If you want to keep a hardcore gamer like me interested you have to stop being such a tease and release a top quality RPG game! Im sure all the rpg fans have sat up thinking about how great a an rpg would be for this system. Anyways I was just getting this off my chest, if you read the whole thing thanks and would love to hear your feedback.

i liked super paper mario and loz(action rpgs) but a full out rpg would be sweet........looking forward to the new tales of symphonia

I would like to see an rpg for sure.
As for more games, not sure if you are interested in Mario Kart or not, and games like Battalion Wars etc. They are a few great games coming out soon.

And as for the wii itself, I think a hardrive is needed :lol:

Some good old school RPG's would be nice to have on the Wii, I agree...but what the Wii is really missing, and that would help out in this situation (as stated above) is a HARD DRIVE. Many of us are getting close to the point of running out of space I'm sure.

i mean yeah all these games are great and all,

RE4 being my fave so far (which is dissapointing considering its a third party multiformat port) but other games are pretty good so far.

but what i really want is a long immersive RPG

i mean paper mario is not my type or style, i cannot see myself playing that sort of RPG with a old platformer, Like mario


i like RPG'S like final fantasy, and well i would like oblivion to come to wii.

i prefer longer less cartoony slighlty more adult RPG's with some action. (no not pornographic)



currently what we are getting is good but it wont last, after brawl, MoHH2 and mario kart come out there will little else left to impress, (until we get more decent announcments)

Ya I the problem with the above stated games is they bored me to easily, I found the average difficulty of TP to be lesser then any other zelda title I played. Kinda turned me off from playing it.

What the Wii is missing (as of now) is a good Fighter, hopefully the new Soul Calibur game will be good to remedy that.

Theres basically one good FPS game, Metroid 3.

And pretty much no good RPG's aside from Zelda and Paper mario if you like it.

And Oblivion will never make it to the Wii... lol

Yeah, I agree. What we need now is a Role Playing Game such as FF or something similar. But then again, Crystal Chronicles is on the way, as well as Fire Emblem: Goddess of Dawn. I am definitely looking forward to these titles as well.
