What You Did At School/College Today

Graphic design today. I'm really starting to enjoy the course.
 
History- Enacted our own version of the Yalta conference.
Maths- Looked at how to change recurring decimals into fractions.
English- Prepared for out tedious Shakespeare coursework.
Biology- Looked at new cells.
DT- We've nearly finished our coursework! W00t!
German- Mucked around, didn't listen.

Guitar - Senior meeting the whole period. talked about graduation and senior picnic
Current events - watched a horrible movie
free period - went out on the football field and watched the ROTC class...
Automotive - working on turning a nissan wiring harness into a functioning circuit board thingy
 
Honors Brit Lit - A test, apparently.. bombed it.

Calculus - Made a 100 on the test, and 100s on three quizzes. Shwoop.

AP World - Made a 100 on a test. oo_OO

Latin V - Read.
 
1A - Skipped
1B - Skipped
2nd Block - Skipped
3A - Skipped
3B - Skipped
4th Block - Skipped

It was Senior Skip Day, today, so some of my friends and I played some pool :p.
 
How pathetic. Tomorrow is "Bring your kid to work day", but my mom cant take me. I asked her if I could skip school that day, and she says no! I mean, about 70% of the whole school is doing it, why cant I? And I have like 8 assignments that are due tomorrow that I didnt touch yet......Im so screwed.
 
Well, I am too lazy to post what I did at school today.

However, I just went to the high school I'm going to and chose what classes I'd like. And here they are!

Honors English
Geometry (if I pass Algebra)
Earth Science (required)
Geography (required)
P.E. 1 (required)

And my Electives:
1 - Computers
2 - Art 1
3 - Spanish 1

Alternatives:
1 - Concert Band
2 - Drama
3 - Computer Graphics
4 - AVID.

And I have like 8 assignments that are due tomorrow that I didnt touch yet......Im so screwed.
Well, you best touch 'em, now. (that came out kinda... odd)

I find 'Bring Your Kid to Work' days quite amusing. I never had anything like this at school, so perhaps that it explains it. It would have been dreadfully boring if my school did it though. At the time my mother worked in banking. Joys of joys watching her interview people for loans.

What exactly is hoped to be achieved by these days? Showing kids just how screwed 9-5 life is going to be?

Ceramics - painted the frog mold that I poured the other day
Collision - had a substitute who usually teaches 1st grade... she wouldn't even let people stand up. xD
British Lit - posted 2 assignments on the class forum
Automotive - finished working on the nissan wiring harness. we hooked up the starter to it and it worked
 
Garh, the STAR tests are tomorrow...

Soc. Studies - Worked on our workbooks. =O
P.E. - Free time
Science - DVD about space.
Algebra - Test.
Band - Same old, same old.

All I have to do now is keep these grades until graduation.
 
I actually caught up on a bit of Uni work yesterday! I am still a week behind really, but it's better then two weeks behind. And no, I have no intention of catching up on lectures. No time to sit through 6 2 hour lectures.
