Wacth it from the start and the plot will make sence

It isnt one of the miss a episode and you will still know whats going on animes

Basic idea-
A death god drops a note book that whomb evers name is writen in it will die
Light wants to make a perfect world by killing crimanals
Of corse killing is wrong so the police are lookin for him
(why dont the police just watch it on tv thenm they will find out who Kira is)
Like I said
WATCH IT FROM THE START

Then stick to inuyasha and leave the deep plot animes to every one else

i did and it makes no sense
This anime series is a psycological drama. It is a game of cat and mouse between two people with similar personalites, ruthless tendencies, and different motives.

We have kinda established that the plots a bit to in depth for him
Even thow its simple
But it becomes more twisted later on

You can kinda tell by the way has screen name is from a anime
(Techincaly sos mine but since Prinnys came from a game first whoa cares about the anime)

Why is confusion a bad thing? Overly complicated plots are what makes anime so great.

P.S. I loved InuYasha and I also love Death Note.

Light finds a notebook
he can use the notebook to kill criminals by knowing their face and writing their name in it
tried to kill all criminals to make crime free world
cops try to find him because killing is wrong
guy named L gets involved and proves to be a worthy opponent
Light wants L dead so he can continue to try and make perfect world

i cant make it any more clear
