Where to find my Wii#

Hi,

Ok, this may be a stupid question but I just can't figure it out. I know that I saw it before...or I thought I did but it may have been my MAC address. How do I find out what my address is so that I can connect to my friends Wii?

Go to Mail and click on Addres Book then click the arrow on the left it should say wii console number
