Which ds game should i get?

The only thing I don't like about animal crossing is you need friend codes.

Since i find it so addictive and so does my whole family and I play about 15 hours a week get Tetris DS if you liek strategy games that take speed.

im not really into tetris and i know getting friend codes does suck but its worth it. should i get metroid hunters or animal crossing?Both of these games have great features but i want one that i will keep on playing like Mario kart
