They should do.
Do they have power?

If push comes to shove give them a wack on a table (Not to hard).

Do they work on other Wiis?

1. Open the little door on the front of the Wii. You should see a red button.
2. Take the battery cover off of the remote.
3. Hit the two red buttons (One on remote and one on Wii) at the same time.

Hope this works!

Do what [eFo]Joker said and you'll be fine. If a Wii remote is synched to a console then it won't work on another one until you re-sync it to the new console.

We currently have 4 Wii's in our house and there has been a few times when I picked up a remote and the Wii wouldn't work. Then I realise that it is synched to the Wii upstairs and i've actually been turning that one on and off (they have quite a range). Luckily nobody has been playing when I've done that though. Now I've started color coding the remotes, for now I've switching black sleeves with white ones, so we have one black/white, one white/black, one all white and one all black.

hey man i have a wii white and 2 weeks ago i bought a black wii mote and it works good, the only thing i notice is that you can hear like listen some conecting sounds in the wiimote
