It's only useful to people who have it on a surface other than their TV

I always have mine on my TV, or on my laptop when I want to use my Wiimote to play games on my computer

I just use it to boost it up, because the table's a little too low.

I don't use the stand at all. My sensor bad simply lays flat on top of my TV without any problems, so I personally don't see any use for it in my situation.

I use it on the top of my sony rear projection set - works better then laying it flat for some reason.

I used to use my sensor bar stand but eventually the adhesive bottom part of the stand got worn away so it was pointless. Now I just lie it flat on the top of the TV where it usually slides off since it's a flat screen. I should order a new stand, it was helpful.

Couldn't you just put it below your tv?
