Why dosent the Fourms have this?

Why dosent the foums have a fourm that applies to all systems?like if you make a new thread but it Applies to all systems lets say "your favorite Videogames", where would you put it?all of the Fourms are for one Particular system so you can't put it on the Wii fourms if it applies to all systems Retro and new can you?
