I dont know if anyone has noticed but the blue light on the disc drive only comes on for less than a second when you turn the wii on. Whats the point?!?!?!

Does it come on any other time cos i havent noticed it?

It comes on when there are updates to download or when you have new messages, be nice it you could set it to stay on on slowly flash on and off.

Yeah it doesn't stay on. It only lights up to tell you if you are recieving a new message when connected to the net.

The light is cool, but it would annoy me to have the blue light on all the time I think. Would distract me when I'm playing an atmospheric game. i.e. dungeons in zelda.
