wii browsing

right here it is:
when i am browsing the web on my wii, i get this black stripe (like a letterbox) but only at the top of the tv. this is normal?

yea a keyboard system would be nice. i mean i keep making spelling mistakes when i type quick with the wii-mote. but its still cool.
