I bought my son a Wii on launch day. It has been working fine since day one, but lately the console seems to lose all power for no reason. If we leave the console plugged in for long periods of time, all power to the console is lost, and the console cannot be turned on using any remote or the manual button on the console.
If I unplug the console over night, the unit works fine.
Has anyone seen this behavior, and do you know what the root cause is?
