How could the Wii have dead pixels? The only things that have pixels are LCD and Plasma monitors.

well i guess thats one way to get a new wii, seeing as they are sold out everywhere...

and i wouldnt have thought that your tv having dead pixels would be a reason to get a new wii anyway..

Are they just sending you a brand new one or do you have to send the one you already have back in and sending you a replacement?

Dead pixels don't flicker, or come and go.

Nintendo wouldn't send you a new one because of that. It's your TV not your wii that's the problem. Get a new TV.

good find, but from his description, he does not have a dead pixel (which is a pixel that will not turn on - ever) - he mentioned flickering, and going in and out, and that's just not a dead pixel.

    well it says this

f your LCD screen has a stuck or dead pixel (a point on the screen that is always lit or always dark) it is usually due to a transistor malfunction or uneven distribution of liquid in the liquid crystal display (TFT LCD). This can often be fixed.
