Some decent ideas here, might as well put the board to good use I say.

    Your thoughts?

Well, I'm pretty negative except for snowboarding/skiing/skateboarding. Definitely not kungfu, dancing, nor drumming. Also about racing, We would need to stand up to press pedal, so not so positive.

    Snowboarding/skiing/skateboarding: awesome.

And I was tihnking about this.. this could be used in on-railing shooting when you hide somewhere. step on, shoot, step back, reload.

I thought the balance board could only go left and right,
    not everywhere.
    Am I missing something?

It should be used for movement in FPS, like a segway, lean the way you want to go forward/backwards/strafe L or R. Then the analog stick could be used for turning the camera left, right, up, and down then IR for aiming only no more aim turning. Name could be "Segway Wars" with mailmen and mailwomen going postal. This would be great I think would make using the side of the screen aiming to turn not needed anymore and really add new movement configs to the game. Add in online multiplayer and the game will sell like crazy.

The board has four sensors that form a rectangle. This way, it can detect weight shifts both side to side and front to back.

Is it precise, like a joystick?
    Or not, like a joypad?

I love the ideas in this, especially Kung Fu and drumming. Snowboarding and skiing ought to be fun but I don't think it would prove to be as entertaining once you played it more than a week.

Check out the movies of wiifolder. In some "games" you see rectangle with a red dot. That red dot is where your balance is. You can "steer" the dot by moving your weight. Pretty precise. Of course not as precise as a joystick but pretty good.

    Ontopic:

To me ! That RPG thing sounds the most promising. Together with tai-chi/kung-fu. Always wanted to try that ;)

I think those are some very good ideas, but I am not sure if the Martial Arts section of things using the board are going to be as useful as practicing the real thing.
    Anyway, nicely done.

True, one may get hurt in the process of doing it wrong, also it's fast, can the Wii's sensor bar pick that up in time?
