Personally I think you will at most lose 5 pounds from Wii Fit, who knows though? :lol:
I'll definitely check it out whenever it finally arrives. It's probably not the most fun thing in the world, but it sounds like it's got it's advantages.
And sometimes even when things sound a little lame, they end up being pretty cool. We'll see!

Well I think if you do it the same like that guy did with wiisports experiment ( dropped a pantsize or 2 ) you can drop some weight with wiifit. I think you can get up to a regular fit condition instead of no condition ( with the muscle trainings and minigames like the hoola hoop )
Of course you wont win from a athlete in all the sports but its better than no sports at all right!

It is plausible? No
Losing weight has to do with DIET, not how much you play a stupid Nintendo game. The guy that eats 1,000 calories a day and then plays WiiFit is going to lose a hell of a lot more weight than the guy that eats 5,000 calories a day and then plays WiiFit.
I thought it was a waste of money,but I guess I was wrong.
