I've been doing the Wii fit plus for a a couple weeks and noticed some weight loss and balance improvement. Even though Wii gaming is a blast, the Fit programs set this console aside from other systems. Post your achievements here. What are your favorite workouts? etc. Thought it would be cool to see who's improving their body as well as gaming skills!
