Wii joystick style controller

Can anyone tell me what games work with the joystick style controller. I know it works with the old school games. Mainly the newer action and sports games. I don't want to keep buying games to find out if they work or not. Most of the guys in stores have no clue.

Ones that I know work are fighting ones (thats what its built for).

Where does your joystick plug in?
If its in the GameCube ports this list will help...

But be warned. Some will use the analog sticks on the Gamecube pad as the Wii thinks that anything plugged into there is a g=Gamecube pad

Are you sure it isn't the Classic Controller?
Theres a load of games that work with that

Check the back of the games case. If it shows a Wiimote & Nunchuck at the Top Right Corner, then it uses the Nunchuck or Joystick as you call it.
