Wii Memory

I am buying a Wii for my 13 year old for Christmas and I know nothing about them. I was wondering if I need to buy anything to be able to save games. SHe has a Game Cube and I bought a memory card for it. Do I need to do the same for this or is there internal memory to save games???? Thanks

The Wii has 512 MB of internal memory for game saves and stuff you can download. Unless you plan to download lots of old games on the shop channel, you won't need anything.

If you need more memory The wii uses SD memory cards, used for cameras and all sorts of things.

no u dont need anything additional, but the game cube games do work on the wii and you can use the memroy card for game cube by putting it in the top of the wii system.

You don't need a memory card, but you should have her sell the gamecube.
(WII can play gamecube games)
