Wii owners are babies!!

uhhh.... wouldnt this count as trolling?

anyway... most "wii owners" are infact over 14 ( although there are lots under.)

I turned 14 in September, and I got the Wii in January. I do have to say that some of the games the Wii offers are a little "kiddyish". For instance, TMNT, Avatar: The Last Airbender, or Happy Feet. But on the other hand, there are games that I could never see a 12 or even 13 year old beating such as Need For Speed: Carbon. As I said, I'm 14 and that game was incredibly hard. I beat it, though, but only 84% of it.

My honest opinion is that Nintendo should start producting some more Mature or some Teen games. I know Nintendo is trying to stay family oriented, but in my opinion, it may lose the console war if it doesn't produce Mature (or Teen) games.

^^^
is it actually, there moving towards the mature side right now.

-Man Hunt 2 (voted the second most violent game ever)
-No More Heroes (Said to be more violent then Killer 7)
-Splinter Cell: Double Agent
-The Godfather: Blackhand Edition (choking someone with the wiimote? I say that's more violent then button mashing ^ ^)
-Mortal Kombat Armageddon
-Project H.A.M.M.E.R
-Sadness
-Scarface
-Far Cry

and a lot more...

Possibly more voilent, but definately a lot more fun! (in that game)

Nintendo have been acused of making kiddy games and consoles for a long time and people have bought the rival consoles for that reason. My friend bought a 360 over the Wii because the Wii was 'too kiddy' for him. He then came round and played the console and really enjoyed himself. My 6 year old cousin prefers the standard controllers, namely the 360, to the Wii remote as he is better at button bashing. Also, the Wii is a great console for parties and having a few beers while playing, i'd hope kids werent doing that, but who knows these days! /sounding very old :S (im only 21)

But each to their own, and let there be kiddie games.. they can be a good laugh and so can the mature ones.

ALL people like game of any console

if Wii owners want something else once they turn 14, then why, OH WHY, mr. gates did I desire so strongly to have a Wii nearly a decade after turning 14? Because it's a bunch of unfounded propoganda that's why.

game companies don't know anything. it's up to us the consumers to tell them how to do business. same way with movies. the studios don't know jack about what the audience wants, we have to tell them through ticket sales and message boards.

What sort of knob would say that.

I personally turned 14 in October, then I bought a Wii right on release (7th of December). I don't see me giving my Wii to my, "Oh so little", 13 year old cousin, and going out and paying $1000+ on a 360 and a library of games.

i'm 21 and I actually consider myself a hardcore gamer on the PC but the Wii is the FIRST console I ever bought. If I wanted graphix and all the bling-bling i'd play games on my pc.

Screw Microsoft, wii for kiddies, blah
That attitude just pisses me off wtf are they talking about. I love the concept of Xbox360 a lot more than PS3 but man this trash talk abiut Nintendo and Wii...c'mon.

If Xbox remains just a box for games (almost as good as a pc) then I will not buy it.

Just needed to vent a bit, not trying to pick a fight with the proud owners of xbox - respect.

some games are for kids, and others arent. people dont seem to realise the wii will be just as adult as the other two consoles.

i havent seen the xbox accessing porn, have you? haha
