Wii remotes connectivity issue

I bought a Wii remote. but the "new' remote will not connect. It connects initially in the Wii menu, then once i start a game it looses the connection. I thought it was a fualty remote, so i purchase a second one, unfurtunetly the result was the same. My next step is to get a new sensor.

Can any help, anybody experienced it?

Maybe try syncing it again? Maybe it's a sensor bar issue though. It's probably not the remote's fault because it happened to both.
