hi is it posible for nintendo to make an upgrade for wii sports which makes it online enabled and more sports by a wiiconnect 24 upgrade or would it mean byin the 2nd edition

It is possible, but i highly doubt they would do that. But they might do it in Wii Sports 2.

Whoever owned a Wii in Japan had Wii Sports and they were happy enough to buy the game for $20 (don't know how much yen that it). So I'm sure they'll make a sequel.
