wii to PC

Does anyone know if you can download wii games on a PC, then either
a) burn to DVD adn play in wii?
b) place on external drive, then connect ot wii with usb?
c) place on SD card, then place in wii?
I dont have hi speed at home.

You can't download full games or VC games from a PC, but you can download game saves off certain websites onto an SD card and use it on your wii.
