some people r having problems with the wii's when turned off the little light turns orange this happens if u get wii resort it updates it is weird but does not mean some thing is wrong it just means u over work the wii shop downloading ussaly or u r retarted like my brother who hits it when it is broken

The orange light means you haven't read your manual...


It has nothing to do with Wii Sports Resort.

The game could have forced an update which changed his standby preference. Or the game may need the wii to be on standby to accommodate some feature.

In any case your wii is not broken.
