Wii Yellow Power Dot

I downloaded the Interet Channel today and all the other goodies. When I turned off my Wii the Dot is Yellow not Red. What dose that mean? Also how to I find out what my Wii friend code is?

I think that means Wiiconnect24 is on.

its on standby not off, in order ot turn it completley off, you must hold the power button till it turns red, but not with the wiimote...
