Two questions:

1. In the rules, you made it sound like you can only boost one person 3 points, is this true? Therefore, I can't do a 2&1 or a 1&1&1 boost?

2. I just realized that [due to the new rules] this list is not going to get any smaller. Do you think we could enact a rule that after a month or so if someone has {0} points, then they will be removed from the list?

No...No one will be eliminated this is literally a race you don't see runners that are falling behind getting shot because they're not first.
