wiiconnect24 and shop not been offered?

Wii was working fine,online through Nintendo Wi-Fi usb, but then decided to stop my Wii from updating,Error code 32004,my Ds lite has no probs going online though, im going through wired Router Netgear Rp614v3,have reset router,reinstalled usb wi-fi connector,dissabled firewalls pc and router still no joy also error 22100,any help cheerz
