Wiimotes won't sync anymore

Both of my Wiimotes stopped syncing at the same time after both of them were working fine for about a month. I followed all the instructions on the Nintendo tech support site to no avail. I'm now returning my Wii and Wiimotes to have them repaired by Nintendo.

Is this happening to anybody else? Or am I just unlucky?

Fix for the problem

I was able to fix my problem by repeatedly attempting to re-sync. After about 4 or so tries of attempting to re-sync, the remotes finally synced. Good luck.

Hold the Sync on the Wii then press the sync button on the Remote. The press some buttons on the remote.

Actually.... You Dn't Have To Press Buttons. After You Sync, Its Connected...

Just Keep Pressing The Wii Sync And Remote Sync Buttons At The Same Time.

i also had this problem, what i did was unplug my wii completely (everything sensor bar, component cables, power) and pluged it back in and it worked

I did this same thing and it worked fine for me.
