Will Nintendo Be At GDC or TGS?

As the title says. Will Nintendo make an appearance at Game Developers Conference which is August 27-29 or Tokyo Game Show which is September 20-23? Anybody have information on this and if Nintendo will show up.

On the list of exibitors at TGS 07 Nintendo is absent, although I just took a quick glance and didn't really look through to see if companies that primarily support nintendo will be attending, such as Sega.

It'll be at Tokyo Game Show because that's where they're supposedly showing off Super Smash Brothers Brawl.

Obviously Nintendo is going to be at the Tokyo Game Show. And if you watched any of the IGN and Kotaku interviews with Miyamoto he mentions this years TGS many a times.
