wireless help

i got a wireless wifi adapter from an electronics shop and have got my wireless set up properly and my wii can detect it but cant connect, and on my pc it come up saying 'client assosciated' and has my mac id thing. but then it says 'client de-asociated' 20 seconds later and says connection test failed. and i have put in my WEP key and have tried my ports set to 1 and 11. what else can i try?

Definitely call Nintendo. Its quick and easy, they should be able to get you up and running in no time right over the phone.
