wont turn on, what the fudge?

okay so a couple days ago i went on a trp to my grampas house, and brought my wii with, worked just fine and dandy on till i came home.. it wont start for some reason or another.. i've heard that unplugging for about 5 hours helps,
any other tips?

unplug it for 20 minutes from all sides "including back & wall" then it will turn on if that was the problem.

i unplugged it for about an hour and that fixed it, thanks tho.
