Xbox games? + questions

I want to get a WII. i want to play counter-strike source, i saw few youtub videos of people playing it? I know there is counter-strike source for 360, and PC.

If that is possible, how would the online play work?

cs source for 360? where? i have counter strike for original xbox but yet to find out about a 360 version. wii and ds dont have a version of counterstrike yet..sorry
