If you are talking about Wii Fit, almost every yoga pose is wrong. If you love yoga and know anything about it, go to a class because the Wii Fit version will be a little frustrating.
But, I have found that people who have never done yoga anywhere other than Wii Fit seem to love it. So, if you like it, have fun!
